Good morning. My name is Tom Ramos, I'm a past nuclear weapons designer and the author of the book From Berkeley to Berlin, which is a history of the early years of the Cold War and presents the nuclear crisis over Berlin in 1961, a nuclear crisis during the Kennedy presidency that was one year before the Cuban crisis. It was more serious than Cuba.
